2.      Decorate T-Shirts

Now they can decorate T-Shirts for their new animals that they have made.  Make sure you have cardboard between the shirts so when the children are decorating the markers do not bleed to the other side.  You can use normal markers.  Note: Do not decorate with glue or glitter glue as it will not be dry for your guests to put on their animals in time.

You can purchases these T-Shirts where you purchase the animals from.

3.      Dora's Bracelet Craft

Use yellow pony beads and elastic string, to make a Dora's Bracelet.  Add a blue flower bead in the center of the Bracelet.

Dora The Explorer Party Games:

  1. Treasurer Hunt:  Now that everyone has their own Boots to help them, why not have a treasurer hunt. Give each child a treasure map, and have them search for a special prize or gift hidden around your house or outside. If they are young children, you can have a parent team with the child. Place Dora characters around the room for the kids to find. If you don't have any of the Dora characters, then print pictures out from the Internet on your computer and place them on chairs, sofas, walls, for the guests to find.

  1. What's In Mochilla (Backpack)?

Before the party, place a few more objects than there are children, inside a purple backpack. Use items with interesting shapes and textures that can also be prizes, like a ball, bubbles, headbands, crayons and small plastic animals. Sit the children in a circle. Pass the back pack around one child at a time. The players feel for an object inside the backpack, guess what it is without looking and then keep their object as a prize.  Tip: You can sing the "backpack song" while you pass the back pack around the circle.
