I was worried about having 12 girls (6 year olds) at my home for a home party, but WOW I couldn't believe it, you kept them all busy from the moment they came in with all the activities you had at the table, then they stuffed their animals, they didn't have time to run around, they were so busy at the table. Just like you said once the stuffing was all done and their animals where in their take home boxes I just served the food, did gifts and then the parents were there to pick them up. I can see why I had to order my own Bears 'n' Buddies birthday party as you were already booked for the day I needed you. The kids had so much fun making their own animal. When you told me how I could run the party and that the Bears 'n' Buddies kit has everything I need for their stuffing of their animals it was so easy. The party went off without a hitch. A few other mother's couldn't believed I would have my daughter's birthday at home, but once the party was done, I told them how easy it was so they said their would order their birthday party kit and do the party themselves for their child. What an excellent way of doing a Birthday Party. This keeps the kids occupied the whole time - so parents don't have to exhaust themselves keeping them entertained. My niece just graduated from high school, so I wanted to give her something fun for a gift, I bought the Honey Bear and the graduation outfit. My husband said it was too young for her --- well he was wrong! She loved it. I know that my Christmas Shopping will be so easy as all my nieces and nephews are getting an animal and an outfit. I wanted to thank you for hosting the Bears 'n' Buddies at Catherine's birthday party this past Saturday. The kids love their animals! I am so glad you offered do it yourself parties for Bears n Buddies since you were already booked. Now I know why you are booked so early - the kids loved making the animals but with your help with how to run the party on my own it was a great success. You were so right it is easy to do. I know two parents that I talked to after the party are going to order their own party to do as I told them it was so easy to do. The Teddy Bear Buddies Workshop was the highlight of our annual corporate kid’s holiday party. Watching the kids, I could tell they were all having a great time, and the feedback from the parents has also been very positive. I’ve heard about more than a few kids who have ditched their old favorite teddy, opting for the one they made themselves. It was so easy to do, even with over 80 kids throughout the afternoon. I just wanted to tell you that my grandson loved the Maple Sugar Bear that I made for his Christmas present at our Seniors Craft Workshop. I am so glad you came in and did our workshop for us it was so easy and fun. I have told the program director you have to come back before Easter; I want to make one of your bunnies for my granddaughter. I know a few other people who live here who didn’t participate in your last workshop will be joining this time as they were disappointed that they did take part in the workshop before Christmas. – Audrey –
We had the party today and it was great. The kids loved it. I got hair clips, bows and frilly headbands from Claire's for the girls to make their bears look fancy and they loved that part too. The girls also had fun playing dance freeze with the bears - a good way to deal with the sugar hight after the cake.
